1. Shipping rates & costs:

      We charge a delivery fee of INR 80 for orders below INR 500. Delivery is free for orders above INR 500.

      International shipping is calculated in real time depending on the dimensions, weight and destination country.

      Please note, in the case of international shipments we are not responsible for payment of destination-specific local duties and taxes. Please do your due diligence before placing orders. To clarify doubts, regarding international shipping, please get in touch with our customer care through the WhatsApp chat option. 

2. Shipping methods and delivery times and tracking:

       For shipping within India, we have partnered with leading courier and delivery companies like DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart, etc. The Courier partner for any particular Indian Pin Code depends on the availability of service of any of the provided service partners. Orders placed before 12 noon usually get shipped the same day or by 1800hr the next business day. Shipping details are shared in routine with the consignee.

      For Shipping to International addresses, our preferred courier partners are DHL, UPS, etc. Depending on the product combination ordered, order preparation can take about 3 days to ensure safe packaging and to complete the shipping formalities.

3. Shipping restrictions:

      For Shipments within India, we don’t have any restrictions in place. If at all, any arise due to non-accessibility of any particular region or city, our support team will coordinate to find the best alternative.

     For International orders, there are restrictions in place to courier liquid products ie. inks, etc. Kindly avoid ordering inks. Even if by oversight, inks are ordered we would refund the order value of inks and ship only the items allowed. 

4. Missing or lost packages:

      In very rare and unpredictable circumstances if a package is lost during transit, we would wait for a period of 10 working days to complete the process of tracking and re-shipping to your right address, failing which we would give a refund at the end of 15 days.

  1. PRE-ORDER Products Shipping Policy:

      Thank you for considering Penz Solutions for Pre-Ordering a product. At Penz Solutions we value every order and strive to make it available as soon as possible. Nonetheless most of these products are from International brands and we may face certain unexpected challenges which may hinder timely delivery or no delivery. The usual delivery period for a Pre-Order product may vary from brand to brand. Under very rare circumstances, when products are sold out at the time of Pre-Order or when delivery is delayed beyond our control, we may ask you to extend the committed delivery time or we may be forced to cancel the order, as the situation may be. Under such events, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid to us. 

      Penz Solutions has all the rights to update/modify the mentioned terms and conditions in the policy from time to time to ensure better service to connoisseurs.
